"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. "When I checked in I was greeted by Elijah who was very welcoming. As a matter of fact, all of the staff I interacted with were each very accommodating which contributed to a smooth and easy stay. I was checked in promptly - the room was clean, the a/c blasted and the suite itself had enough space to move and relax freely. Also, the gym is very well equipped and even more so than other hotels in the same tier."

There was no coffee when we arrived, the air and heat unit was so loud, and our handheld shower unit flew off the wall and sprayed water everywhere.
