"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"If you want to be just steps away from the Duomo, La Scala Theatre & immerse yourself in the old city, I cannot recommend this property high enough. The facilities are very clean & modern, the bed was super comfortable & very large bathroom, plenty of room to unpack. The staff are amazing, they personally connect with you leading up to your stay & couldn't have been anymore attentive & pleasant. Fantastic customer service skills, really felt special.
