"The room was spotless and very spacious, so it was a comfortable stay. The host / manager was available within minutes via whatsapp and super friendly. The entrance is easy to find once you identify it the first time, and the use of pin/links is handy so you don't have to keep track of a key. It is located about a 15 min walk from Milano Centrale and is close to tram and metro stops. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. "

"Everything was very good, especially the staff but the air conditioning in our room did not operate properly on 2 of 3 nights. We had to call the maintenance personnel twice and once it was fixed and the second night it was already 0200 hours in the morning. The maintenance personnel fixed it but then the thermostat shutoff, we had the room card in the slot and the windows closed, very frustrating. I would appreciate a credit from the hotel for our inconvenience and frustration. Thank you...

"Staff were fairly nice and helpful whenever needed. The room I was staying in was not the cleanest though, not sure what I expected, but it’s not a cheap stay. The rooms also get fairly cold at night and they only provide you with a couple of sheets - one for the mattress and the other as your blanket. On the up side, they have fun activities throughout the week and have plenty of sitting areas all around the property. Overall, I had a good experience, mostly because of the people I met during...
