Modern junior one bedroom ground level 1 bath condo in a high end condo community. HEATED POOL. Welcome to sunny Casa Grande. Your stay at The Avenida will feature a fully furnished 1 bedroom with queen bed close the pool. Full access high speed internet access, designer tile throughout, washer dryer and electric grill included. Entire condo has been remodeled to include a flat screen TV streaming.

The Space:
Modern setup with Indian and nature theme. All appliances are brand new. TV is wall mounted and setup for streaming. High speed broadband internet access provided. This condo is in a great Casa Grande neighborhood, close to just about everything. No disappointments here!Pool is HEATED year round. Antenna HD Cable, turn on the TV and watch the news or a movie on Netflix. High speed broadband, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer all stocked. Very clean, comfortable and safe location and condo complex.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
Great neighborhood and clean complex. No concerns about crime or vandalism.

Getting Around:
You will definately need a car.

I purchased this rental for my 50th birthday and unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet my expectations.Upon arrival, it was evident that the space resembled more of an efficiency apartment rather than a one-bedroom condo. The layout consisted of a bed directly in front of a small kitchen area, which was not as described.Additionally, upon removing the sheets, I discovered stains on the mattress, including what appeared to be blood marks. These conditions are unacceptable and do not align with the standards of cleanliness and hygiene expected.

We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut.

For the most part it was ok. My brother and I were in town visiting family. The listing stated two double beds. It had one queen bed, that was decent, and one pull out bed that wasnt even the size of a twin. The mattress was the old style with big springs, that i wouldn't have my dog sleep on. It only had a sheet on it, that was way to big, and looked like it hadnt been washed. There wasn't any blankets for it. I stayed there, and we had to get a hotel room for my brother, costing us another $500. If you only need the one bed its a decent place to stay.

This property was described as a one bedroom one bath condo but was falsely advertised! Our living room was in the bedroom OR the bed was in our living room!! No bedroom!! The newly renovated kitchen and bathroom were awesome. This unit was separated from other unit but we had no control over the air conditioning which was controlled from other unit. For three weeks that other AC ran continually and we had to put our window AC on heat so we could live in our unit! We complained to no avail. Once the other unit was unoccupied, our unit air was controlled by us! Also no storage for clothes and we were paid for 43 days! Tammie did give us cloth shelve hangers and an open bookcase for heavy clothing. We had to either grin and live with it or totally ruin our holiday by being grumpy! One thing - the Casa Grande weather was exceptional!

The owner did a good job of renovating the place but unfortunately you can hear the condo next door. We could hear the tv, coughing and talking from next room. In the bathroom you could hear the toilet flush.
