Modern 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Casa Grande. Safe neighborhood close to everything in amenity rich complex with basketball half court, BBQ grills, pool and 2 patios. Condo has the essentials, new appliances, couch with chaise, desk in master bedroom and patio. Features large 55" flat screen SmartTV with with cable OTA basic channels and Netflix.

The Space:
Pool is HEATED year round. Antenna HD Cable, turn on the TV and watch the news or a movie on Netflix. High speed broadband, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer all stocked. Very clean, comfortable and safe location and condo complex.

A Nice Spot for Two

We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande.

No major checking in process, just go to the property punch in the code and you are there. No paper products so might bring a roll to get started.

Very nice place.

The condo was very nice and clean. It is a remodeled unit in a building which has long term apartment rentals and some units that are designated “vacation rentals” that can only be reserved through VRBO and other similar companies. My one complaint is that there was no bedside lamp on the little night stand. I bought one at Walmart which worked great. A plus would be to have better window coverings in the living room/dining area. I would stay there again.

Nice condo but had some issues

At first I would have given this property 4 stars, but after sleeping on the bed for a few nights changed to 2 stars. For me this bed was very uncomfortable - someone else might think differently. Also, the linens & the curtains were very cheap. The grand finale was that on the morning of checkout at about 9:15, the next tenant entered our unit without knocking. How does this happen? And since the unit had not been cleaned yet, it made me wonder if the unit was cleaned before we came, although it seemed to be clean.

Very good place to stay

In general the condo is a very nice place to stay. Furnishings were adequate for a longer stay. It was comfortable as well. Lighting was a little poor as far as quality. All ceiling lights and bright LED’s, needed some lamps or dimmers to make it more appealing. Nice and roomy for 2 people. My wife and I spent 2 weeks there and it worked out fine. Biggest complaint is the pool was advertised as heated and it was one of the reasons we picked this place. The pool was not heated even though they also had heated pool signs up. We asked in the office and they said they don’t heat it until later in the year. That was very disappointing.
