"Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. "Food was awful. Same choice each evening. Burnt fried chicken which you could smell then burning during the day. Only decent choice in the evening was Pizza. Breafast choice the same, Could not even get a omlet. Most of the staff did noot know how to say good morning or smile. Poor lighting in the night with many trip hazards walking. "Del hotel me gustó el trato que dan a los animales .Son verdaderamente pet friendly. Del personal hay algunos que son muy amables y simpáticos ,otros no tanto .La comida poco variada Destacar que en 5 días que estuve, no se limpió mi habitación ,solo vaciaron las papeleras , pero el suelo y cambio de toallas,no fue hecho .Quizás por ello me pillé una gastroenteritis. Si vas en busca de silencio y tranquilidad , este no es un buen hotel para ello."
