This beautiful white villa offers peace, space and privacy in a colorful flower and palm garden with panoramic ocean views.
The house is situated on a 6300 m2 plot in an area of rolling hills with vineyards, cork oak and almond trees.

The villa has a private pool, plenty of shade outside, air-conditioning and a large living room including a fireplace.

The area where this villa is built is one of the few strips close to the coast where the original landscape of the Algarve is still preserved.

Beaches:
The beaches of Praia da Marinha and Benagil are within 1 km distance from the house. These beaches are located between famous rock formations and are child-friendly.
Praia da Marinha, voted as one of the top three finest beaches in Europe, is just 900 meters away. The beach of Benagil has a number of beautiful restaurants & terraces for lunch or dinner, including fresh seafood just taken from the morning catches of the fishermen at the same beach.


The busier resorts Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra are 3 to 5 miles from the house.

The villa is built in the heart of Caramujeira. Today, it is forbidden by law to build in the immediate surroundings of the villa, which makes this place unique.

From several sun decks, you can sit in front of the ocean. At night, you will see the fishermen going out, while in the early morning, you can see them coming back.

When I am there myself, I visit the beach at least once when the fishermen arrive very early. There, you can still witness the ancient tradition of trading fish on the beach of Benagil. The restaurant owners from neighboring towns often come to buy their fresh fish.

The nearest supermarket is approximately a 5-minute drive away. Bigger shopping centers can be found within a 15 to 20-minute drive. It is advisable to rent a car during the entire stay at the villa.

Loved staying at Casa Milonga! Everything was clean and easy. Carolina took wonderful care of us. Easy access to beaches - it’s either 5 min drive or 15 min walk to closest. Grocery stores and restaurants all short drives. Beautiful views from spacious patio, loved the pool, kitchen and grill well equipped. Line dry clothes, fyi.

Our favourite Villa

Is our third visit to Casa Milonga.The house is great, spacious and pleasant for a stay with several people, with beautiful sunny terrace, perfect to share a meal or a barbecue. We always felt at home.The pool is huge and everything is perfectly well maintained. We were warmly received by Carolina, a super nice host. Everything was perfect and we hope we can come back for the next Summer.Thank you so much, Carolina and Raul, to have us in your amazing house!

What a wonderful property! It has a beautiful garden, pool and eating area that is huge and quiet. The rooms are all comfortable and clean. Hiking the cliffs and the boat tour of the caves were both great activities. Carolina was very helpful!

Lovely Villa & Pool, great location.

Property is spacious, gas BBQ outside, lovely sized pool. We had 8 members of the family staying, lots of room, the property is in a quiet location, shops and restaurants are within a short car journey away, about a 20 minute walk to the beach if you fancy that, but we had a great time relaxing mainly at the villa. Great communication throughout the week with the property manager who was keen to know everything was good, which it was. Highly recommended and we will certainly be going back there.

Marvelous home near the coast

This is a special property. Convenient to beaches, hikes, Silves and Lagos. Our family of 5 adults stayed 4 nights and wished it was longer. Beautiful pool and comfy beds. Casa Milonga

Great location for a family vacation. We stayed for three weeks and experienced shortage of hot water on several occasions, also three weeks without a change of bedding was inconvenient. The washer /dryer unit didn’t really dry the clothes and the outside line is not efficient unless plenty of sunshine. Overall a great spot to vacation

Lovely getaway in the Algarve!

Such a spacious and cozy villa! We were welcomed by Carolina who already started a fire in the cool weather. We did some hiking and lots of walking, cooked a couple of meals. Such a relaxing spot, thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the howling wind and rain storm one night. Beautiful area to explore!

Gorgeous retreat

We had a fantastic time. The house is roomy, comfortable, and extremely well laid out. The fireplace gave us a beautiful chance to warm up in the evenings and review our days, while listening to a pair of Tawny Owls. Casa Milonga is very close to Praia da Marinha -- a stunning beach and breathtaking coastline. The long hike along the coast is stunning. And it was easy to drive to more distant places, both east and west. This is the perfect place for a relaxed vacation.

Amazing property in the Algarve!

We absolutely loved our stay in the villa! Most beautiful grounds and pool. We really enjoyed dining outside and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Very clean, beds really comfortable, good a/c and plenty of space for my family of 6 including 2 teenagers. The property manager Carolina is extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Very short walk to O Rústico where we had a very pleasant lunch and a dinner. Also short walking distance to the Algarve trail with beautiful views. I recommend a short drive to much bigger praia de la falasia over the benagil beach as you can rent chairs and ombrellas (we went at 8am in August and got premium spots). We did the Benagil kayak tour (also early morning) and had lots of fun. Overall a wonderful week in a wonderful villa!

Excellent Villa

Our family party of 9 adults thoroughly enjoyed the villa. The outdoor space was especially good. Lots of room around the pool area for relax. Villa was also ideal inside, bedrooms, lounge etc. Kitchen was very good and well used as we tend to eat in rather than in restaurants. We prefer always to stay in quiet and remote villas and Casa Milonga was perfect in that regards. Would definitely stay in the villa again.

Magnifique séjour à la casa Milonga

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette magnifique villa. Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes et avions amplement de l'espace. L'espace extérieur était tout simplement parfait!! Carolina nous a super bien accueilli et elle s'est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Nous étions près de la belle plage de marinha. Nous reviendrions sans hésitez!

Vielen Dank für 2 schöne Urlaubswochen. Das Haus ist groß und hat alles was man benötigt. Der Garten und der Pool sind toll! Jeden Tag mit einem Frühstück und Blick auf das Meer beginnen ist ein Traum! Carolina war jederzeit bereit uns den Urlaub noch schöner zu machen. Toll das wir mit ihr in deutsch sprechen konnten. Did not disappoint!

My family and I recently stayed here and loved it. Overall the house was amazing and there were a lot of little hidden gems of restaurants, coffee shops and secluded beaches in a short driving distance. (NOTE: VRBO says there is a beach within walking distance. That is not the case, but a very short drive will get you to some great beaches.) My daughter loved the pool, check in/out was a breeze, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen fully stocked. We would absolutely stay here again. (Added bonus - The neighborhood pup was a sweetheart and would come visit us in the morning while we were having our coffee on the deck).

Pleasure in the Algarve

The property is beautiful, the gardens, the pool, etc. There is lots of parking room. This is an ideal Villa for 10 people (there weren't that many of us,) but well appointed and spacious.

Beautiful, spotless, well provisioned property in a great location for exploring the Algarve. It's a rural property, so a car is necessary for getting around. Timely communications with the property owner and local property manager. We really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding!!

A truly unforgettable holiday!! Carolina met us at the property, showed us around, offered advice and gave her recommendations, such a lovely, helpful and friendly woman. The villa was absolutely amazing! We stayed here as two families of 4, the villa was perfectly big enough that we didn’t get under each others feet all the time, the pool was beautiful and we loved the outdoor eating area and the fact that it was in the shade which provided a welcomed break from the sun for the kids was just what they needed!! Thanks Raul and Carolina, we loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning xx

Perfect Holiday Location

A fantastic two weeks at Casa Milonga, a lovely spacious and well equipped villa with lots of outdoor space and a perfect pool. Private yet with sea views and great beaches within 15mins walk. Garden is very pretty and the red Bourgainvillea frames the outdoor area providing any shade needed. Very responsive communications with the owners and Carolina does a wonderful job with all things at the property. Thank you from us all for a perfect holiday.

Fantastic!
