"Amazing hotel, the room was spotless and very spacious with fantastic views. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really nice and great portions too. The casino is huge and worth a visit! The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I book a pet friendly hotel. When I got to the hotel, the manager met me at the door yo explain not dogs were allowed. She was very aggressive. I explained that I had received 2 messages from the hotel and none stated dogs were not allowed. I read the rule that were sent which didn't say anything about pets. She started that this rule was across all IHG which is not correct. This pet is a small maltipoo and is my support animal. I am a navy veteran with SERVICE CONNECTED PTSD and I was turned...

"First time staying. Liked the spacious room and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff was nice. The only thing that was a problem was the shower curtain in the bathroom wasn't long enough to keep the water from getting all over the floor. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions."

"I left my toiletries bag hanging in the bathroom. 30 minutes back on the bus traveling to Colorado for a 10 day train excursion thru the Rockies, the front desk called and said they were holding it at the front desk for my daughter to pick up!!! Nice, friendly staff."
