"The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but...

"The floor was so sticky. There were cigarette burns in all of the sheets. No towels were provided. Hardly any toilet paper. You had to turn the sink off and on from the shut off valve under the sink. Half of the curtain was nailed to the wall. Air conditioner heater only blew air and did not change temperature whatsoever.
