"Nice facility, well maintained, great breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue was semi truck outside ran all night long making it difficult to sleep. This needs to be addressed."

"Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

"Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around!"

Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. "The room was filthy it stuck. The bathtub was so dirty I wouldn't get in it. And the bathroom smelled like pee really really bad it was just nasty all the way around I would not recommend it to anybody ."

"The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future."

"It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful."
