"Lovely friendly hosts. Very clean but bedding smelt a bit musty. Heating went off in the middle of the night so in November the room got cold very quickly, luckily the hosts had left in a small plug in heater which was great. Lots of hot water. Kitchenette area within room was a great asset. "

"Couldnt access the property, no contact or response from the property despite 24 hrs of messages sent and Expedia involvement.prepaid the stay in full >30 days prior. Left stranded the night of our stay, had to find and pay for alternative lodging at 6pm. Wasted s dayof our vacation. Still no resolution/refund. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Newport. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. Kelly's Kitchen, just down the lane, made some of the best chai lattes we've had as well. Sharron provided clear and thorough communication to help ensure we had a great stay too. Thank you for providing a place to hang our hats!"

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....
