    ¡Renovación completa en el piso de arriba completada en octubre de 2015! Esta propiedad ahora es impresionante con una cocina completamente nueva (con lavaplatos), baño principal nuevo, pisos nuevos, pintura nueva en todo, accesorios de iluminación nuevos, diseño interior nuevo y muebles nuevos en todas partes.

    Para el calor del invierno, hay aire acondicionado de sistema dividido y una estufa de combustión que le brinda calor con solo presionar un interruptor Y el glorioso ambiente de un fuego de leña. En verano, el aire acondicionado del sistema dividido (y las hermosas brisas marinas) harán el truco.

    Ubicada a solo una calle de la hermosa playa de Carrickalinga, esta gran casa cuenta con gloriosas vistas al mar que lo emocionarán. Si desea pasar unas vacaciones en la playa, entonces todo se trata de la vista y esta propiedad se entrega en espadas. Casi a un tiro de piedra de la playa de arena, desde este punto de vista privado, incluso puedes ver a los delfines locales nadar ...

    Esta casa de pisos elevados está construida con ladrillos dobles en todas partes, interna y externamente, con enormes vigas de oregon en los techos rastrillados de la gran sala de estar de planta abierta. Hay 2 balcones para relajarse, con vistas al mar desde cualquiera de los dos.

    El piso superior magníficamente renovado tiene el dormitorio principal, la habitación de invitados y el tercer dormitorio con un baño familiar para compartir. Las camas están decoradas con ropa de diseño.

    En la planta baja hay una sala de juegos con una estación de juegos, sistema estéreo BOSE, mesa de billar y una mesa de ping-pong. ¡Un regalo de vacaciones brillante para niños y adultos por igual!

    Hay un segundo útil, después del baño de la playa en la planta baja, junto con un garaje muy grande adecuado para un barco. Tenga en cuenta que no hay acceso interno entre dos pisos.

     Dormitorio 2: cama King
     Dormitorio 3: dos literas (es decir, 4 camas individuales)

    La propiedad tiene capacidad para 6 adultos, las literas superiores no son adecuadas para adultos

Our Beach Stay

we enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning our next stay in this wonderful location, the house was beautifully refurbished, had wonderful views of the entire coastline, it is close to lots of amenities, not to mention the amazing Fork tree brewing. we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful location & home, perfect family getaway

Home was in a lovely location, great ocean views, very comfy beds, house was decorated nicely, having a wood fire was fantastic and games room was ideal.

Fantastic place to relax and unwind

The property is spacious and tastefully decorated and the views were fantastic. It was great waking up lying in the comfy bed, and hearing the waves crashing and the birdsong. A great spot to relax and unwind- would love to have stayed longer.

Local getaway

Loved our 3 nights a Carrickalinga. The view is amazing and well positioned for a stroll down the rd to the beach. Nicely renovated and we coukd bring our old dog who we couldn't leave at home. We holidayed close to home.

Very relaxing

Our third time here, can’t recommend more highly. Very relaxing, very ambient, amazing views and just so comfortable. Will definitely be back again and again I’m sure.

Absolutely amazing, can not recommend this stay enough

This stay was well needed for my partner and I. It is extremely close to beach, the evening sunsets and morning views were incredible. After sending multiple pictures to our family, it seems they also want to enjoy the experience. We were so pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be back again. Our fury friends also thoroughly enjoyed their beach walks and evenings over looking the view. Thanks for having us!

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect house to get away for a week and just chill. We had planned to do day trips but ended up staying put!! It was so relaxing having the best views of the beach and hills. We saw the best sunrise and sunsets daily. We left feeling extremely relaxed and our dog was very comfortable which made us even more happier. Highly recommend this house and I know I’ll be back!!!

Beautiful coastal property with amazing view!

What a beautiful property. The photos do not do it justice. The view is amazing. Feels like you are perched above the ocean. It was lovely to sleep with the windows open at night and hear the waves crashing. We had planned to do some day trips but ended up just staying put and admiring view. Thanks for a lovely break.

Little slice of heaven

Photos just don't do this property justice! It's very spacious, light, bright and well renovated with an amazing beach view from a large balcony. The beds are king size and extra comfy too. We felt so spoilt as we are used to renting some fairly crappy rentals when we take our furbaby but this was luxury. Loved every minute and it was so hard to leave. Thank you!!

Wonderful view of beach

Inaccuracies with information provided before we arrived - keyless entry is not front and back, only front. Info provided for operating tv and foxtel not up to date so it was a matter of hit and miss with remotes to make it operational. Unfortunately smell from what we presume to be feral cat prevented us from using back balcony for 1 day and needed to keep the door shut so smell didn't permeate living area. Previous reviews stated garden in well kept condition - on our visit there were multiple weeds growing in the pavers and garden areas. It wasn't until we booked that the information stated that we needed to supply your own firewood if you wanted to use the wood fire. We've never stayed at a holiday accommodation where a small supply of milk is not provided. There were coffee pods but the machine was very tricky to use, I ended up having to google operating instructions and why the capsule kept falling through. Small amount of sugar supplied but if you take milk with your coffee/tea then you will have to bring it with you or take a drive into Normanville for supplies. What you are paying for is the view and being pet friendly the accommodation is very nice but a tad on the pricey side in my humble opinion.

Wonderful house with incredible views. Well equipped, clean and has a games room.

The property was excellent, positioned well for sightseeing and walks on the beach. Views are amazing. Sleeping with the sound of waves was nice too.

We stayed here for our daughters 16th birthday party. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. The girls had a fantastic weekend. Only real issue is the games room is not practical in the colder months with no heating and exposed concrete but the rest was lovely

Our second time here, just as impressive as the first. Comfortable, clean and everything you could want. Great facilities for our dog as well. Will be back again I’m sure!

Brilliant location!

We have had a wonderful time here, the house was amazing with the most stunning views! It was extremely comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the wood fire as well! We were all relaxed the second we had unpacked. Facilities for our dog were great, she had a lovely time too! We will definitely go back again just for longer next time!
