"Loved my staycation at Proper Hotel Santa Monica 🌿 Such a beautiful mix of modern design and a relaxing vibe — everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved all the gorgeous plants around the hotel! 🌱 It’s definitely on the pricier side (my King room was around $850), but totally worth it for the experience. The fitness center was amazing, and I even tried the sauna and Ammortal chamber — so refreshing! ✨ Can’t wait to come back again 💚 "

"I was initially suspicious of the reviews of this place that talked about how wonderful the staff was. They almost seemed like the staff wrote them lol. But the staff really is just amazing! My only minor complaint was that the lobby restaurant didn't seem to be open when it was supposed to be, but it may have just been you had to ask for assistance there first or something. I didn't try hard to find out. The food in the cabana bar was great. And there are several good coffee/food places within...

"I stayed at Proper Hotwl last night and couldn’t be happier. The hotel is very stylish, artistic, and spotless. I really liked the Aesop brand amenities, the shampoo, creams, and hand wash were a nice touch. The rooftop bar Charmaine’s is one of my favorite spots in San Francisco, with great vibes and charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall, it was a fun and pleasant stay."
