"Great hotel, friendly staff, very convenient "

"The hotel staff were VERY lovely and helpful. We arrived much earlier than anticipated, and the front desk girl helped get us settled into a different room. My only complaint of the hotel room itself was that the air conditioning barely worked at all- no matter how much we fussed with it. Not a huge deal, but it made the night a little uncomfortable."

"Beautifully designed hotel in a great location with solid food options and friendly service. The room was so well decorated and comfortable, and I especially loved the Aesop products. The curated mini bar was a nice little touch as well. The housekeeping staff was all very friendly, and every time I passed by a hotel employee, they were went out of their way to be genuinely courteous. "What is so special about the Drift are the people. Everyone from folks at the coffee shop, check in team, to the GM Jacqueline are so lovely and provide excellent customer service!
