"The hotel stay was excellent, my whole family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teens) loved this hotel. We booked a studio room (double bed and a bunk bed). Room was very clean with a small kitchen area, dining table and a sofa. It is close to ski station and many eateries within walking distance. The reception area at level 4 was superb! You can just sit and relax at the lounge area there, relaxing and enjoyjng the beautiful mountain scenery. Our boys loved to play chess at the lounge area. There is...

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, ich habe nach einem Hotel mit Lademöglichkeit für Auto gesucht und laut Ausschreibung hier gefunden, jedoch hat das Hotel keine Möglichkeit, sondern ein kleines Stück weiter im Ort sind öffentliche Ladesäulen. Das sollte anders sein. Sonst war alles gut."

The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein."
