Aber Vorsicht, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 3 Personen gebucht ( 2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher), Lounge Zugang war aber trotzdem nur für 2 Personen, mussten für dritte vor Ort nachzahlen, ging so nicht klar aus der Buchung hervor. In der Lounge gibt es dann ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Teatime, Happy Hour (Abendbuffet), danach noch free drinks bis 21:30. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und...

"Hotel rooms is spacious and location is good with shopping malls nearby (Joy city) with good variety of dining options and PopMart. Hotel is rather old, breakfast spread is very limited. Reception staff can be more friendly and helpful- most of them we encountered for our 6 days stay are gloomy looking. Swimming pool smaller than in pictures. Not near to Tiananmen nor forbidden city. Would recommend if prices are reasonable."

"The Good: Excellent location connected to a small mall and across from a large one. The rooms were very clean, breakfast had good options, and the staff was incredibly helpful—even offering room upgrades and a portable cooler.The Bad: The AC is a major problem hotel-wide. The temperature will not drop below 24°C, making the rooms feel very hot. Hilton needs to upgrade these units."

"The amenities and location were amazing. Having tea and snacks ready for you right as you walk in the door was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious and I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere. Despite being right next to a busy tourist area it was quiet and restful."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."
