"Our stay at the condo was great. It is centrally located on the island, so we could drive anywhere we wanted to go easily. It is a few minutes drive into Christiansted where there are plentiful restaurant options. It is close to groceries and gas stations. JoAnna was a very responsive host and helpful with recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was clean, the complex had a nice pool. It was quiet during our stay. I would stay here again."

"Our stay at Cottages By The Sea was absolutely amazing! This quaint little complex is a crown jewel of St. Croix. The staff was very friendly and it is a very calm and relaxing environment with pristine beach access. We stayed in the Crow's nest in which our second level porch overlooking the sea was breathtaking. We will absolutely be coming back!"

"The condo was just as described, right on the water and had a great sunrise view every morning. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We had a wonderful time. It's location couldn't be beat, a little outside of town, but still close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and had a great time exploring the island. Parking for the rental car was convenient, as it was directly outside the walkway to the condo. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Croix. Thank you...

"David’s home is perfectly situated with more privacy than anticipated. There is greenery and eco-forest on one side and trees blocking neighbors on the other. We enjoyed the pool and shore with our 5 and 7 year old kids. David provided helpful information in a welcome book. Peaceful stay. "

"This is a beautiful location right on the ocean and very central to activities on the island. Chad and Emily were there to greet us, offered us great suggestions as to how to enjoy the island, and even made us delicious cookies upon our arrival.The cottage is well-appointed and very clean. The space is very private and separate from the main house. Unfortunately, the sargassum came in earlier than expected so we were unable to use the private beach to swim but still able to sit outside and enjoy the island breeze. "The condo was really equipped with everything that we needed and more. Very nice to have everything including the things you forget or the things you don't want to have to pack (like the beach towels and sunscreen). Host was great and the property great, just have to know that the hot water comes out by putting it to the cold temp. "The condo was absolutely perfect! We changed our plans last minute and decided to stay here instead of a hotel and it was the best decision we ever made. The place had everything we could need. Rob was very responsive and answered every question we had. The pool and the beach were beautiful. The snack shack had great food and drinks. We will definitely be back and stay here again!"

A personal welcome and walk through by Mr Phillip, the property manager, was a nice touch. We've been to St Croix several times, but this was our first time on this part of the island and we enjoyed it.
