Located downtown and a walkable distance to the beach. Boutiques, antique shopping, dining, and sandy beaches are all within walking distance. There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. A short drive away, are polo fields, museums, zoological gardens, Ventura and Santa Barbara missions, Santa Ynez wine country, the Ojai Valley, and so much more. Carpinteria is a jewel on the West Coast! Come, stay, enjoy, and return often! Much attention to detail with the guest's experience in mind. Recently updated with all new furniture, fixtures, flooring, and much more. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, wireless internet, on site shared laundry, BBQ grill and relaxing patio area. For our guest's convenience, bedrooms each have their own flat panel Smart TV's as well as the living area.

We love the Watermark, we always go during the Avocado festival and the location couldn’t be better.Two large bedrooms with plenty of room for the three of us. Nicely appointed.We enjoyed the outdoor area and comfortable furniture.A dedicated parking spot would make this place perfection!See you next year!

This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable, with all the supplies you could want/need. Working with the host was easy and timely. Great Carpinteria location near shops, beach, and restaurants. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This place is a hidden gem in Carpinteria. It will be our go to accommodation for all future visits to family here. The location could not be better, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Even though it is centrally located, it was amazingly quiet which was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and new, and very thoughtfully appointed. My sister-in-law who has elderly parents, was overjoyed to see this condo and will be having here parents stay at Watermark on their future visits. We will be staying at Watermark again.

Loved how close we were to Linden ave. The worker bee cafe had the best breakfast and it was a block and a half away. Walking to the beach was nice to. Would of been nice to be made aware of the tar on the beach and ways to remove it but not a deal breaker.

UCSB graduation option

This was an immaculate 2 bedroom apartment. The beds were comfortable, the decor modern and clean, and the location was great. Just blocks from the beach. We only stayed three nights, but I would definitely come back and stay longer if I the opportunity arises.

Great place! Assigned wrong unit

This is a beautiful location and small quaint unit. Clean and well maintained. Our issue was with check in. I booked unit A and had confirmation. The property management double booked unit A and ended up switching us to unit B the day we checked in after the check in time. We needed to call the management for the code after disturbing the renters in unit A. This caused us to move in later then the check in time. This caused great confusion. On the bright side, The management answered when I called and resolved the issues.

The communication from the hosts was great! Their property was top notch all the way. Everything was exactly as pictured, brand new and clean with quality furniture, linens and kitchen amenities. It was such a gem to find this place!!

Clean, comfy, best location

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s great! The unit is clean and comfortable. The towels are plentiful and big and fluffy. The kitchen is well-stocked. I LOVE the location — within easy walking distance to all the local restaurants AND to the beach. The building feels safe, and parking is super easy. We bring our own beach wagon, but I noticed the unit provides one in the closet! Such nice touches. This place might not be the best for someone who likes to sleep in late. The dance studio next door can play its music loud, and like any unit in a shared building, noise depends on your neighbors. :)

Great place and location... be prepared for poor internet - this could be a good thing!

This property was excellent. It was clean, well furnished, well maintained and close to the main street in Carpinteria. We would definitely come back! We loved being able to walk everywhere (beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery). The property owner was quick to respond (although could not do much as the problem was with the internet provider) when we asked a question/had an issue. That said, this property uses cox internet and during our 5 day stay, the internet was out about 50% of the time. If you are staying at this property, and need the internet because you are working "remotely", make plans for a wifi hotspot or to use your phone as a wifi hotspot. I am not sure what internet options are available for this property but the cox internet was very poor (yes even did modem/router reboots).
