"Was not able to check in. I had a late check in there was a phone in the lobby to call for someone to help you. Never answered the phone. Call customer service and no help either. Finally after waiting for almost 2 hours, decided to do a reservation else where. We are talking almost midnight and I arrived there around 10:15pm."

"There was absolutely no staff working the front desk. Check-in was via a kiosk computer screen and the person was difficult to understand; however, she was very nice. There were hairs in the shower and NO hot water when showering. The batteries for the tv remote were dead and since there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk, I had to go buy some replacement ones. Also, it was not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. "It was lots of noise in there hallway, people screaming very loud and it was ongoing for hours until past midnight. I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff of the hotel because I don’t think they heard the nice I should’ve reported, but I was too tired., well I think they should have camera in their hallway so they can see what’s going on"

"The facility does NOT have an elevator so if you’re on the second floor I hope you packed light. My room was located at the rear of the hotel. Took five minutes to walk through the building with luggage to get to the room. The front staff, who acted as I was an inconvenience when I was checking in, could have told me that if I drove my car to the back that there was an entrance which was closer to my room. Outside was poorly lit where cars were parked. The rooms had a musty smell to them which...
