Villa Siena is located in 2900 square meters of land (c 3/4 acres), including Mediterranean garden, olive grove, fruit trees. It has its own private swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September) and a panoramic terrace with a wide view of the Adriatic Sea, 3 km from Specchiolla beach and about 4 km from Torre Guaceto nature reserve. It is in the open countryside, but only 5 km from the interesting town of Carovigno and 7 km from Ostuni. It has a comfortable living and dining room with air conditioning, and 3 covered porches overlooking the garden and pool.
The villa has been renovated in this year, new furniture (sofas, dining table, display cabinet, refrigerator, beds and bedside tables, mattresses and pillows, pool loungers, sofa and terrace chair, plates, cups, glasses, tablecloths, beach towels and bed linen. All windows have doors and fly screens. and alarm system.
Outside, there are two large covered terraces, a pool with AL SALE purification, a small trullo and a wood-burning oven (under renovation) and a barbecue. The olive trees, pears, almonds, pomegranates, grapes, figs, prickly pears, lemons, artichokes and many ornamental plants, growing in the garden, as well as trees, flowers and shrubs. Guests can collect grapes, figs and almonds in season for their daily use. Apart from the obvious attractions such as the swimming pool and the magnificent beaches of Torre Guaceto, nature reserve, there are magnificent cities to visit not far away. Lecce and its baroque, Alberobello and the trulli etc. Even the Apulian cuisine is to be discovered with its typical restaurants at a good price. Perfect for summer outdoor living, with large covered terraces surrounding the villa, where seating is provided for outdoor dining, or just relaxing.
Laze by the pool in summer, or sit on the roof terrace with a cool drink in the evening, watching the blue, at any time of the year. The owners think that this could be a stay suitable for families; Please note that the pool area is unguarded, and parts of the garden are rocky. There is a hip-high wall around the roof terrace. So children, especially the younger ones, would need careful supervision.
All accommodation is on one level, but there is a small step up to the terrace around the house of about 4. 5 in. (12 cm.) The roof terrace would be inaccessible to anyone with mobility issues, but the lower terraces are just a small step down from Villa.

It can happen on days of great heat, that in the whole area there is an excessive use of electricity due to the massive use of air conditioners. This means that there may be brief power outages. In 2020 it happened 3 times: 1 in July and 2 in August. The interruption lasted max 2 hours, we understand that it is a discomfort, but we can not do anything about it. It is a widespread anomaly throughout the area.
The whole area is not served by an aqueduct. The water is drawn from an artesian well 60 meters deep. It is pure water, however it is not recommended to drink it without boiling it first.
