"Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. "

"1. Directions from the app take you to the wrong address. 2. There are no numbered parking as she states. 3. The lockbox was hard to find per her instructions and would not relock when we departed. 4. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. 5. All responce was in spanish so I had to translate was a big hassle. 6. Slow to respond to messages. 7. ROCHES in the kitchen draws. I was able to get a picture of one for proof. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR STAY AGAIN"

"Great stay for a solo traveler looking for a place to crash for two nights — easy access to the beach, the T5 and 53 buses (to the airport and Old San Juan), and a 24/7 grocery store (Super Max). It was quiet and clean, and no pests (which was my top priority when booking a place). The bathroom sink is small and I ran out of soap, but that was not a huge deal and I would recommend this place to any solo traveler."

"very close to beach. beach chairs and towels were provided, which was nice. host provided checkin details an hour after checkin time. mirror behind bed was not cleaned well, but the rest of the room was very clean. Shower head barely worked. the room had a coffee pot and coffee, but no filters. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3-night stay. If you're on foot, you cant exit the property without a key. You can hear the airport but you get used to it."

"Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable.
