Spacious oceanfront 7-bedroom house, almost new, made up of two full units

Welcome to Ocean Oasis! Spend your time at Carolina Beach in an oceanfront house made of two units. Totaling 7 bedrooms for 14, 6 bathrooms and two full living spaces (each unit has a full kitchen, dining area and living area) you will have lots of room to do things together and also have some separate time, if needed, the best of all worlds!

Amazing, unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and ocean will take your breath away. First renting in 2024, everything is almost new in this exceptionally appointed unit. If you don’t spend all your time on the beach, the rest of the time will be spent on the huge deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy meals at the dining table on the deck, or hang out, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the waves from two pairs of comfy chairs. There are 2 fully furnished decks so everyone can hang out and the decks are in the shade most of the day to get a reprieve from the sun.

Each gathering room features two sofas and a chair that are perfect for relaxing and socializing. We have a selection of books, games, and DVDs/Blu-rays for all ages. The wall-mounted TV tilts and turns for better viewing for everyone.

We installed a water softener system to make for much more enjoyable showers. The kitchen has a separate faucet set up with a reverse osmosis water dispenser giving you delicious water to drink and use in your cooking. The fridge is also connected to this system. No need to bring cases or gallons of water.

The kitchen is very well equipped. There are dishes, flatware, cookware, knife set and the all-important wine glasses. There is a multi-cup Keurig (bring your k-cups), regular coffee pot (we supply filters), electric tea kettle and toaster. There is also a blender to make your frozen margaritas and a hand mixer if you need one. We provide some cooking essentials, so you don’t have to bring your whole kitchen with you. There is salt and pepper, cooking oils and an assortment of herbs and spices. We also provide foil, baggies, etc.


There are high quality towels and linens for all the beds/bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have smart TVs and black out window treatments so you can sleep in. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. In addition, we provide a starter set of dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent sheets and dryer sheets.

Smart locks allow you to arrive any time after the standard entry time. You have your own code and you don’t have to worry about carrying keys with you.

There is parking for at least 6 cars. The outdoor storage units have beach chairs and a beach canopy. Bring your beach towels and toys! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand.

The Carolina Beach boardwalk is about a mile north and the Kure Beach pier is a mile south. The Tiki Bar is a few hundred yards away for your afternoon beverage delight or lunch on the beach. There are restaurants (including Granny’s for breakfast) within walking distance.

Come and spend your Carolina Beach getaway at Ocean Oasis. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we book only weekly from Saturday to Saturday . The rest of the year is flexible with 2-4 day minimums depending on the time of year.

For security purposes, there is a camera in the carport, at the rear corner near beach storage rooms and at the rear corner monitoring the beach walkway.

Please note: the property is strictly non-smoking; there is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit, around the decks nor anywhere on the complex property. It is also a pet-free unit, no exceptions.
