Your Island getaway awaits, with an outdoor porch so inviting you won't even want to go inside! We have beautiful porch swing where you can watch the sunset or relax! Enjoy the ocean sounds as you dive into vacation mode!

We are renting a 2 bedroom - 1 bath home. The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the balcony. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, porch, outdoor shower, and covered parking. Kick back and relax as a movie plays on the 55 inch flat-screen cable TV

THE LOCATION

In the center of Carolina Beach, this ideally located property gives you access to all the island has to offer. Just steps from the beach and 10 blocks to the boardwalk, where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in town after a day in the sun.

A relaxing Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local boutiques. Have excellent seafood restaurants short walk from the home for your delightful vacation days.

Don't miss cruises in the marina, Carolina Beach deep sea fishing, and the carnival at night, true once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Sea turtles and dolphins are frequently present in Carolina Beach.

Great cottage.

Everything was just as stated. It was clean, comfortable and just steps from the beach. There was plenty of room with a nice kitchen. It was just what we needed to get away for a little while. So much better than a motel or hotel. We’ll probably stay here again.

Perfect place!

I enjoyed staying here for the few days we were at the beach! Very clean, everything we needed was there, right on the beach, close to town but far enough down the street not to be in the middle of it all and could enjoy a quiet night on the porch! Easy communication with the owners, which I always enjoy! I’ll be back for sure!

Quaint, lovely, clean home! It's true that it's just steps from the beach!

The house was lovely. The porch was so nice to sit on and relax. I actually cooked there, and usually NEVER cook while on vacation. The kitchen had everything I needed.

Horrible communication

Messaged about 4 people coming and didn’t reply or fix it till the day off. Then gave me a call about the check in situation and asked for my ID. Then told us we couldn’t come and no exception even if we had someone 25 with us.

Weekend Stay

With our son and his family living in the Carolina Beach area, this small suite was the perfect location for our visit with them. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with every item we needed. We were surprised to find no closets in either of the bedrooms, but we made do by hooking our clothes hangers over the top edge of the dresser drawers.When the owners say there is only one parking space for your vehicle, they mean it. One spot only! But when our family visited each day of our stay, the owner graciously told us they could park their truck in a vacant lot across the street that also belongs to him. If we were to rent here again, we would take our own comfy bed pillows and also a step stool so that 5' me can get in/out of the unusually tall beds and can reach the second shelves of the kitchen cabinets (which could be easily lowered by just moving the shelves down a couple of pegs for us short folk -- hint, hint). Renters should be aware that this upper floor unit has a large house located between it and the ocean, but the beach is a quick walk away with a nice walking path leading down to the shore. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the owner was quickly available to answer any question we had during our stay.

Pre holiday get away

The home was cozy and lovely for our short getaway. We initially expected to have an ocean view, but that was from misinterpreting the pictures. The home description was completely accurate. A simple walk around the house behind this one gave us beach access. Maybe it was the time of year but the beach was practically ours alone.The beds and living room furniture were comfortable and homey. We loved our stay.

Excellent Property

We had an amazing trip and were super pleased. Communication with the property owner was top notch, house was VERY clean with all amenities and we couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience! Definitely will return and look forward to our next stay here! 10 out of 10 for sure!!

Fantastic stay!

Staying was okay, I was unaware there was a home behind this home when booked. Check in was great. Sadly our first night there they had maintenance hanging a swing, drilling and opening the front door frequently to plug things in. Our daughter came down with a cold so we had to cut our trip short and while doing a final look through while packing i noticed under the bed a pair of undergarments and shorts that’s did not belong to us. Overall decent stay.
