Time for Making Memories. Stunning ocean views from every window and both balconies! Steps to the beach, and the Pier restaurant and Tiki Bar. This two bedroom two bath sleeps six. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional fee $125). Making memories to last a lifetime required.

Enjoy the two balconies, the large open layout, and the community pool (open seasonally). The condo is right next to Freeman Park (always dog friendly) where visitors can drive right on the sand (4x4 required). Take a short drive down Carolina Beach Ave to the shops, restaurants, bars, and donuts (look for Britt's Donuts) on the Boardwalk. Looking for other fun activities, drive a little further down to the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher and the historic sites nearby.

This home is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal with family and friends. There is also a storage room, on the ground floor, with beach chairs and toys for spending the day at the beach.

The living room includes a 65" 4K Amazon Fire TV, in a large open living space. The two couches each have a pull out sleeper.

Note: We do NOT provide linens, bedsheets, towels, washcloths, or hand towels. There is a comforter and pillows on each bed. You can rent them at www.seasidelinen.com

The condo is 1st floor above the parking. There is 1 flight of 16 stairs to access the condo.

Beach access is a few steps North of the pier. Saltmarsh beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion.

There is currently no fishing from the pier.

There is a Ring doorbell camera exterior to the condo at the front door, in the common area hallway.

First trip to Carolina Beach, absolutely wonderful and quiet area. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. If I had a question the hosts responded very quickly. We will definitely book this condo again.

Fantastic Beach Condo with perfect location!

Our stay at this VRBO was one of the best and easiest we have ever experienced!- The communication with Jeff & Jeremy was ridiculously fast and thorough. They were a pleasure to talk to each time.- This may be the first ever VRBO where we had zero issues with code to the door. It worked like a charm every time.- The listing is 100% accurate. The pictures do not do it justice. The views and location are perfect. We spent many hours just sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the world go by. It is an active spot with lots of foot traffic and great people watching. It is a bonus that you can walk across the street for ice cream, a sandwich, or a cocktail and sit on the pier!- The condo is obviously well-cared for and stocked with everything you may need. Clear instructions, comfy living room furniture, great water pressure, plenty of space for us and our dogs.- Access to the beach is just under the pier. It was so great to be at a beach that allows dogs 24/7/365! And everyone has dogs, so there are lots of pups to meet and friendly people to chat with. There is a little spot right across the street to take the dogs out. It is a bit overgrown in the summer, but it still works for what we needed.- The closet with "beach things" is stocked with all sorts of fun things to play with, plus chairs and a beach buggy/cart thing.Overall, it was a fantastically relaxing week at Jeff & Jeremy's place. We can't wait to go back. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect Place

I stayed here with my two daughters age 24 & 16, the location is perfect, views are amazing, condo is updated, clean and has everything you need including extra fans!!! The perfect place to stay!

This was our fourth trip to Carolina Beach and this condo has been by far my favorite place to stay. Our host was excellent with communicating before and during our stay and had even decorated for St. Patrick’s Day which the kids loved. You could tell a lot of thought went into how the space would be used and it gave us a perfect home away from home with breathtaking ocean views. The whole family is looking forward to our next stay!

We had a few days of very windy weather, but other than that our stay was very relaxing. You're close to restaurants, grocery stores. Parking was tight for our truck, I would bring our car next time.

Perfect pet friendly condo with great views

We loved our stay! The condo is very nicely stocked for an extended visit. The kitchen has everything you need and we appreciated the washer/dryer. While there is a road in between you and the ocean, you are still closer than many waterfront condos. The beach access is closed across the street, but there is a lovely dog friendly beach access close by. We loved the trails at Carolina Beach state park also. Cherry Blossom has great sushi and The Dive has trivia on Monday nights. Fun!

Carolina Beach visit

The VRBO was very nice. Everything was provided. Great!Location was very congested. No direct access to beach. Freedom Park was nearby which has access to beach and walking. If you have a 4 wheel drive, you can drive in Freedom Park for a daily fee. Great place for fishing.Not really a restful area of the beach due to excessive building in the area.

Recent trip to Carolina Beach

We had a great time on our short vacation The condo was very nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable if you like to cook on vacation. The living room was very spacious with lots of seating. Nice deck off living room with great views and you couldn’t be much closer to the water. Unfortunately it did rain a lot while we were there due to the storm but we remained very comfortable in the condo. Our host ,Jeff was great and always got back to us quickly with any of our questions. We definitely plan to stay there again next time. I would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a great place to take your dogs with lots of room and a good place for walking them. Great place for rest and relaxing!

A wonderful time!!

Ore stay was absolutely amazing! We stayed for two weeks. With different family members coming down each week. The unit was beautiful. We loved hanging out on both decks. The front one for watching the ocean. You also have a great view for all the live music at the tiki bar. Even the dog liked it. Watching all the other dogs go by. In the morning if it was to hot there. Go to the back one. The wicker chair was great to cuddle up and read. The grand kids loved Billy who hangs out on the front deck. They also found a pirate hidding. We definitely plan on returning. We've been coming to this area for 15 years. This is one of the nicest we've stayed in. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

The Perfect Get Away

The condo was clean. We took our animals and they left sheets to go on the furniture which I thought was awesome. It is perfect for a family of 4. The views of the ocean were phenomenal from the deck and living room. We will definitely be staying at this condo again. The hosts were super friendly. All in all a great vacation.

Awesome vacation and rental

Our stay 2 adults with 2 pups was very enjoyable. The condo was clean well stocked as well as comfortable and cozy. Two decks one for morning and one for later -awesome views of ocean the sunrise and close to Freeman’s Beach for great walks. Highly recommend this property -obviously new owners have made improvements.😎👍😊

Perfect!

We had the best time at “Making memories condo!” The front deck was one of our favorite things about the condo. Having morning coffee while watching and listening to the ocean was the best- and it was so comfortable- (seated six people)! The place had a beautiful, perfectly stocked coffee bar, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was first class, and the TV was amazing! We loaded our truck up each day with our beach stuff ( and they let us use some of theirs-as well as our own- we used a few chairs, an umbrella and a couple of boogie boards), and drove on to Freeman beach and unloaded right there! It was worth the $50.00 per day to do that for us as we had my mom with us who has a hard time Walking. The hosts were wonderful! They were more than accommodating, patient, and very responsive! This place is by far my favorite stay!

Beautiful location on 1st floor appears newly renovated, clean, and lovely decor. Pleasantly surprised since we have a small dog. Beach access is tricky but no problem and view is the best! Would rent again.
