Door lock not working
"Pleasant overnight stay, but one issue with one of the guest rooms we stayed at that the electronic door lock was not working. It wasn't found out until the next day before checking out. This is unacceptable especially with the issue of security and safety for a supposedly "5-star" hotel."

"This is a great place if you don’t want to leave it often. The traffic around if was really bad. The tv, wifi, and fridge didn’t work but the fix them all very quickly once reported. Staff was nice and helpful."

"キッチンと洗濯機が使用できると思い選択したが、洗濯機は別料金とのことで結局使用しなかった。 部屋は広くて清潔で申し分ない。大きいので結構歩く。 シャワーの根元から水が漏れるので残念だった。 TVの使用の仕方がよくわからなくてスタッフに聞いてからは使用できた。レセプションが隣で分かりずらいが、反対の隣がスーパーマーケットなので便利。カップルや家族向けだと思う。"
