"Great house! Very clean. Large deck looking over the lush landscape and ocean beyond. Sunsets were quite calming. Kitchen is small compared to the rest of the house, which is grand. So if you’re looking to cook up a storm and have everyone hang out near you, this is not that design. We moved the furniture around so we made it work. Everything else is as described… met our purpose. "

"Spacious home with incredible views! Gorgeous setting, great location, and we appreciated the stocked fireplaces, thoughtful snacks, and comfy seatng and excellent television. Very pleasant and memorable stay!"

"My fiance and I rented this property for our wedding weekend. It was beautiful. Truly perfect. I am absolutely amazed by this place, the owners, and Sanctuary who manages the property. We made a lifetime worth of memories and absolutely loved our stay and hope the property will be available for rental in the future. If you’re interested in visiting Carmel, this is the place to stay. Honestly… a month would’ve been better. We only stayed about 4 days and it wasn’t enough. The details and artwork...

"My husband and I loved our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was great to have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. Communication from staff was great as well. We were happily surprised at what a cute little town this was. We visited Pelio winery and listened to live music, had a wonderful dinner at Rustica, and a great breakfast at Trailside Cafe the next morning, which was all walking distance from the hotel. "

"This is the funnest, most beautiful place and area that I have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy, and had everything we wanted and needed. Was great in every way. We walked to Cannery Row every day. The coast is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Abolone Cottage exceeded our expectations! Relaxing, clean and a beautiful setting. Everything you need and more with this little slice of heaven. "

"Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will...
