"Very nice place to stay, quiet country place. Was a little disappointed the pool wasn’t up and running but they did communicate options very clearly but we decided to stay and glad we did. Very spacious will definitely stay here again "

"It was a great place with lots to do for our 4 grands of varying ages. Modern cabins. We brought our own food to grill on the bbq provided and we had pizza at the snack shop on site. Will definitely be back! "

"Check in was easy, the door was a little tricky to unlock but I got it in a few tries. The space was big and open and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The yard space was nice and being right between the river and spirit mountain is pretty awesome. There’s a neighborhood market just up the street so good access to quick snacks. It was a great time and a very new home that had everything we could have wanted!"

"Small quaint cabin if you're looking for a quiet weekend in the woods. No cell service so if you want to be where no one can reach ya this is the place. We played cards and games all weekend. Couldnt get the DVD player to work but other than that enjoyable quiet weekend. "

"Bill and Pat have one of the best designed, cared for, and well stocked VRBO residences we have stayed in. All our other VRBO rentals are measured against our experience with them! As guests, we can’t ask for more! This trip was unfortunately shortened by the wildfire smoke that blanketed our state. An as Duluth slowly repairs the poor street conditions of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, we were dealing with detours and construction. "

"Location was perfect. Ample sleeping space. Only downfall for our family is gramma doesn’t do stairs well and the bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs so they checked into a hotel, but that wasn’t the fault of the host, I didn’t read carefully enough. Will keep this in mind for future trips to Duluth! Just was very communicative and helpful!! "

"Everything we needed for a great week was provided! The beach was beautiful, easy to access and so fun! S’mores around the fire pit - yum! We were able to walk into canal park to enjoy that area as well. "

"They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!"

"Perfect location on the beach, just a short walk from Canal Park. The house sleeps many people comfortably and the owners have anticipated everything you might need to host friends and family. The kitchen is well-appointed, there is a gas grill, 2 SUPs, several beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and a roof top deck overlooking the lake. This place can’t be beat for location and amenities. Both the owners and the host are very responsive and accommodating also and our annual UMD girls weekend was...

"If I could give 10 stars for cleanliness I would. Also, 10 stars for communications with owner. This place is lovely with modern decor and clean lines throughout. Comfy bed. Very well appointed bathroom and kitchen. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. "
