"This house was everything and more! Beautiful inside and out. Everything you needed, was at your fingertips. We stayed out here for a going away party as our relative is leaving for the army. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and this house was more than spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the backyard and all the amenities around the area. Everything is pretty close by and in distant for what ever your heart desires! Thank you to the wonderful host again for having us! Again, we shall be back!! "

"This property is great. Convenient location to everything in the Carlsbad/Encinitas area. I walked every morning to Starbucks and then the beach (about 2 miles roundtrip). The home is very clean and comfortably sleeps 6. We didn't use the kitchen like we planned but looked well equipment. We did go to the communtiy hot tub and pool for an hour or so. It was heated (this was Christmas) and very clean. I enjoyed sleeping with the sliding door open and listening to the ocean. You can view the ocean...

"The house smells very musty. The patio screen door was ripped by prior visitor, the pots and pans selection is horrible! Goodwill has a better selection. The wall outlet in the king bedroom, near the front window is not functioning. It didn’t work two years ago either. "

"This house fitted our needs perfectly. We had a group of 10 in town for a college graduation. There was plenty of space to sleep and it was wonderful being able to just hang out by the pool all day together. The kitchen is well stocked for a group that likes to cook. The location is fantastic being near La Costa resort and a short 10 minute drive to some of our favorite beach towns. We wish we could stay longer!"
