"We stayed for a couple days on our road trip and wanted a place close to Carlsbad. This is a nice house that had plenty of space for everyone. We travel with a grandparent and children so it’s nice to find a bigger place when we can. The house is put together well and had everything that we needed. We also had fun with the pac man game. "

"We loved our stay. The location and property was so great. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot, we all agreed that our favorite was the patio. I really appreciated the additional touches. "

"We made a trip to Guadalupe Mountain NP and Carlsbad Caverns and this was a 30-60 min drive from our destinations. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed getting to relax in the space. Directions and descriptions were all very accurate. Thank you for the stay!"

"This home has everything you need and then some. It is absolutely gorgeous and in a great, peaceful location. Jeannie, the property manager, was very responsive and really looked out for us. I highly recommend this home!"

"Exceptional! A perfect place in every sense! Great location, super clean and comfortable. Not only exactly as advertised, but better. We had a family stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns. We were all super comfortable and happy with the stay. Would do it again in a heart beat! "

"Did not look like the pictures. The yard was in shambles. No where to sit outside. No up keep what so ever, broken recliner, horrible couch. ..i did talk to the cleaning lady, she was new and didnt know much about the owner. Id say its a click bait. Beware. We will never stay there again. Reminds me of a slum lord. Nice neighbors. Would like a refund."

"My traveling group consisted of my boyfriend and I and our dog (our baby). The house had everything we needed, even a good sized backyard. Location was close to Albertsons which was perfect. We loved the style, like a western, cabin like feel to it. We would stay here again. Thank you! "

"The house was a nice place for us to come back to after exploring the area. We enjoyed our time in the surrounding National Parks, and found the house to be comfortable with all the things we needed during our stay!"

"This was the perfect size. Everything went so smoothly. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and bedding. Very cozy and clean stay. The most important thing is staying cool while sleeping and there was absolutely no complaints there. "

"Beautiful house and only 30 minutes from the cave. However, to make it perfect there were a few things that need to be addressed...tub mat for safety and a shower head in the master that works."

"The first sight when entering are toys and other items strewn about the walkway. Not an appealing first impression., The patio/deck in the listing isn't there and the grill is an old charcoal unit. The inside is very nice, clean and well furnished. Although the unit sleeps 4 there is only a kitchen table for 2. The kitchen is well equipped but it could use a cutting board and a cork screw. The toilet tissue provided was a partial roll and 1 full roll for 4 adults for 5 nights so we purchased...
