"The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the back patio with with the table fire pit and games. We were out most of the time enjoying the area with shopping and of course going to see the bats at the caverns. We wanted to go in the caverns but all tickets were sold out by the time we got there. "The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic's (however any kitchen supplies (such as foil, saran wrap, etc., was nonexistent- info provided for planning purposes). Wi-fi was easily accessed. The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding area. Would stay again if in the area."

"We made a trip to Guadalupe Mountain NP and Carlsbad Caverns and this was a 30-60 min drive from our destinations. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed getting to relax in the space. Directions and descriptions were all very accurate. Thank you for the stay!"

"Exceptional! A perfect place in every sense! Great location, super clean and comfortable. Not only exactly as advertised, but better. We had a family stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns. We were all super comfortable and happy with the stay. Would do it again in a heart beat! "
