Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Gorgeous and cozy!

The house was fantastic, very cozy, comfortable, big and lots of light. The location and neighborhood was close to the beach and needed stores, and felt super safe and friendly. The beach vibe was so fun, we loved it! The only small confusion was with check in and check out. There were no instructions and we had to do trial and error with door locks and property access, etc. Would suggest a welcome manual.

OK experience

Overall, the place was clean and beds were comfortable. There were just a few things that were missing or not working. There’s no instruction on how to operate anything in the house. The fire pit was not working. We didn’t have sponge in the kitchen to wash dishes with. The dishes were clean but a bit worn. The bathrooms were also clean but a bit outdated. There was not enough shampoo conditioner and soap for the 4 of us for the stay. We also end up buying our own toilet paper and kitchen towel because they were very low quality. Maybe my expectations are too high? I’ve definitely stayed in better vacation rental with lower price in this area…

Lovely and peaceful

Very happy to be here in this lovely, peaceful enclave. The house is clean and comfortable and feels very private. Perry is a wonderful host who is kind, responsive, and a general great guy.

Tranquil Getaway

Great ambiance, decor and quiet neighborhood. Perry is an excellent host and takes pride in his home which is reflected in how beautiful the home is decorated, maintained, and stocked. Definitely will be back!

Lovely home

Perry was very attentive to all of our needs the entire visit. The home is very conveniently located close to Legoland, so we had an easy commute back and forth each day. Thank you!
