"Great place- everything you need is there- really clean and relaxing- wanted to make sure you saw that we left some porch out by door so you could see the wood bee activity- every day we saw a lot of sawdust- wanted to make sure you saw that"

"As always, David and Sandy were great hosts and continued to improve on an already great cabin. Fishing was plentiful as was the wildlife. We always enjoy staying here, no neighbors, no noise and complete privacy. We are looking forward to year 6!"

"Lawrenceville is a quiet small town with lots of choices of dining including the bar/grill downstairs from the apt. The apartment was clean and more spacious than it appears in the photos. The main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room and laundry are all on the same level with a narrow spiral staircase that takes you upstairs to more beds and a bathroom. "

"A cute little house in rural Indiana! We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with our kids for three nights. House was clean and comfortable. The location was private and quiet and the property manager was easily accessible when needed. Overall a great stay. We would definitely stay again ! "

"My sons & I all wanted a little fishing trip but didn’t just want to camp at state parks again. Too crowded, loud etc. found this place and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect!! This place is amazing!! How Richard designed the layout is incredible. Total privacy, clean, quiet, great fishing. All the amenities are as described. I could search the internet for hours and not find a secret gem like this place. 1 million percent what we were looking for. We definitely will be going back & checking...

"We enjoyed our stay the apartment Labor day weekend and it was very clean and peaceful. Loved the location went for walks around downtown. We turned AC off and opened the windows At night was in 50s and 70s during day cool breeze was so nice. Has good wifi used my PS4 they have a large new big screen smart tv that was nice to have. Laundry room was clean and nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will be booking it again every year. "
