"The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel feels very upscale and everything appears brand new. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We also really enjoyed the bar lounge and the café, which were great added amenities. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Nashville."

"When we got to the hotel, they could not find our reservation. I showed the receipt from Expedia and the room I had booked and the man at the desk kept apologizing for the inconvenience. They said because of the inconvenience, they upgraded our room to a king suite. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the room was incredible.
