"The hotel was clean, and the customer service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast service was also excellent. My only concern was with the room cleaning. The housekeeping staff could pay more attention to cleaning the rooms and bathrooms, especially the washbasin, which needed a more thorough clean.
