As you enter through the front door, stepping into the hall you soon start to appreciate the detail and design of this home. The hall is a spacious atrium where light floods through the ground to second-floor windows and creates a super summer room/conservatory area where you can relax with a book overlooking the garden. As well as a convenient WC and large coat and boot storage, the ground floor has lots of social spaces for you and your guests to enjoy. A games room, fitted with a multi-games table, means that the children will be happily occupied, while the adults, retreat to the living room adorned with a beautiful electric log-effect fire, fireplace. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, designed to encourage seamless socializing and relaxation. Sit at the breakfast bar and chat with the chef of the group, who will be in their element whipping up some tasty treats for everyone in this stylish and well-equipped kitchen featuring contemporary appliances such as a wine cooler, air fryer and ‘Nespresso’ coffee machine. The large dining table allows the whole group to enjoy meal times together as well as providing a superb space for cheerful festivities. Heading outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a large open pond, a serene sanctuary boasting a lush lawn and a charming patio area ideal for savouring alfresco dining experiences or firing up the BBQ for summertime grilling delights.
