"The restaurant and staff at the restaurant were very good throughout our stay. Pool was lovely, though the water was a little cooler than expected. Hotel was lacking character, including our room. All stark white walls, no real character. Game room was sparse. Total contrast to warmth of the clubhouse. ..."

"This was very disappointing, yes the lake was there and a view but the cottage and property was badly neglected. Nobody was there at check in and share hen someone finally showed up they didn't speak English. They pointed to fill out a form, I asked a question and they looked blank and spoke in Chinese ..."
