Welcome to our house!

This house will delight travelers looking for the tranquility of a privileged place at the bottom of a dead end. A real, very peaceful place, far from the road hustle and bustle!

It is possible to pay the deposit of 2000 € on arrival with a check. As a result, you will not be charged € 2,000 when you book.


It consists of a large living room of 75 m2 with fully equipped American kitchen (Dishwasher, Microwave, Fan oven, Fridge freezer, induction hob ..)
4 rooms are at your disposal. Each of them is equipped with a bathroom, a TV and a separate entrance.
160x200 beds a room can be provided with two single beds on request.
Roller shutters throughout the house

You will spend charming moments with friends or family on our magnificent 60 m2 terrace with a 180 ° sea view!

The house is surrounded by a 1000 m2 garden.
You can park your car there easily.

The house is located at the end of a dead end 1.5 km from downtown Carantec.

Weekly rentals only.

We do bed and breakfast the rest of the year, if you want more information and photos do not hesitate to visit our site "sea view guest rooms"

We provide vacationers on request, umbrellas, high chairs, baby bath, etc.

The house has a 4x8m swimming pool heated from May to early October.

We will not fail to guide you on the many possible walks around Carantec as well as on the essential restaurants of the sector.

Ein tolles Haus mit fabelhafter Sicht und einem Schwimmbad. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Klopapier könnte etwas großzügiger sein und ein Stück Seife in jedem Bad, wäre bei dem Preis sicher verkraftbar

Great house with a great view

Very nice house and super equipped. Nothing was missing. And the best thing is the really great view. In the morning, the view from the bed was of the sea and in the evening you could watch the cone of light from the lighthouse. We had a wonderful holiday.

Wunderschön, das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt, es ist super ausgestattet und gepflegt.Die Lage ist sehr, sehr schön mit diesem herrlichen Ausblick, an dem man sich nicht satt sehen kann.Emmanuel ist ein perfekter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren mit drei befreundeten Ehepaaren in den ersten beiden Septemberwochen in dem Haus. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Blick auf die Bucht ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das Haus selbst sehr gut ausgestattet und für drei Paare hervorragend geschnitten. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung liegt das Haus günstig. Vermieter in der Kommunikation unproblematisch und im Übrigen sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Traumhaus in toller Lage

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer im Zimmer, ein Gäste WC im Wohnbereich, ein toller Pool im Garten und eine große Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Die Vermieter standen jederzeit für alle Belange zur Verfügung, sie haben uns vor Ort Tipps gegeben und waren zudem super nett. Was braucht man mehr? Es war perfekt, insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. An excellent house , very well positioned to capture the stunning view, exactly as the photos show. Easy to find and a good base to explore the area from. The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We arrived at this delightful accomendation expecting it to be as we saw it in the pictures online. But the pictures did not do it justice. The property is breath taking, immaculate, and very modern. With sea views from its large entertaining balcony that hosts beautiful views of the sunset in the evenings too. Its fully equipped with everything you and your family will need. Its clear that the hosts have meticulously thought about everything that a family may need whilst holidaying. Anything else we did need was quickly and politely provided to us by the hosts without fuss or bother. The children enjoyed the open plan living with wonderful outdoor space. A very tranquil, calming accommodation. The local supermarkets were very close. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and to visit again.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir waren bereits zum wiederholten Male in der Bretagne. Wir haben diesmal nur lokale Unternehmungen gemacht: waren auf dem Markt in Morlaix u. St. Pol-de-Leon, Bootsfahrten, Stand-Up-Paddle oder der kleine Strand in Hausnähe. Wir sind viel Rad gefahren und haben wunderbar gegessen. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt- anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben. Sauber, geräumig und die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

Great stay

We stayed for a week and very much enjoyed the house and the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, the view is spectacular. There are lots of great walks and a small beach not too far, which isn't busy. Our landlords were very responsive and helpful, even made a few restaurant reservations for us. We would happily come again.

Fabulous stay in Brittany!

The house is beautiful with an amazing view. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was never crowded, and a 5 minute drive to all the water activities in Carantec. The Rousseaus are really friendly, lovely people and are available to answer any questions. The house was modern, spotless and really easy to live in. All the rooms are lovely and it is very well equipped. We slept really well as it is so quiet and peaceful there. Klervi recommended sailing activities and a private swimming instructor. It was our first trip to Brittany and we loved it, in large part thanks to the beautiful house and their welcome. Many thanks!

Superbe séjour dans cette propriété d'exception offrant une vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette villa avec une vue exceptionnelle et des prestations de qualité. Klervi et Emmanuel ont été à l'écoute dès la réservation et nous ont réservé un accueil personnalisé avec une délicate attention puisque nous étions là pour célébrer un évènement. La pièce de réception est vaste et lumineuse et s'ouvre sur une terrasse surplombant la baie, l'espace cuisine est très bien équipé, les chambres sont spacieuses et ont également une vue mer imprenable ; chacune possède une salle d'eau privative et des wc. Nous reviendrons et ne manquerons pas de recommander l'adresse. Merci infiniment à tous les deux !

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage mit Rückzugsmöglichkeit

Modern, großzügig, fantastische Aussicht mit Rundumblick von innen und von der Terrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage. Objekt super, aber Abwicklung mit fewodirekt ungenügend. Obwohl im Inserat steht, dass die Kaution mit Scheck vor Ort möglich ist, war es uns und selbst dem Vermieter nicht möglich , dies auch umzusetzen. Es erfolgten mails im Namen des Vermieters, die jedoch nur automatisch von fewo-direkt versendet wurden. Dies ist nicht nur verwirrend, sondern auch nicht lege artis. Die Kaution von € 2000 musste dann 8 Wochen im Voraus bezahlt werden und wurde 2,5 Wochen nach Verlassen des Hauses erst erstattet. Der Vertrag mit FeWo-direkt ist hier zu überdenken. Daher nur 4 Sterne, sorry.

Perfektes Ferienhaus mit allerschönstem Meerblick

Das moderne und helle Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, insbesondere auch in der Küche. Umwerfend ist der Blick auf die Bucht von Morlaix. Jedes Zimmer, selbt die Küche, hat Blick, am schönsten ist er von der riesigen Terasse. Viel Freude machte uns auch der saubere, auf 27 Grad geheizte Außenpool. Das im Ort lebende junge, sehr sympathische Vermieterpaar ist unaufdringlich, unkompliziert und immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und seinen Preis wert.

Paradiesische Ruhe, Grandiose Aussicht

Familienurlaub mit insgesamt 4 Teenagern und 4 Erwachsenen. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders gut gefielen uns die zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehörigen Bäder, man kam sich nicht in die Quere. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war schnell, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, spricht gut Englisch. Aussicht ist großartig, Jederzeit wieder!

Einzigartige Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas oberhalb der Bucht und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick. Es ist faszinierend, der Änderung der Bucht durch die Gezeiten zuzusehen. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein separates Bad mit Toilette. Die Austattung ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und sprechen gut Englisch, was uns entgegen kam, da unser Französisch nicht sehr gut ist. Im Haus gibt es Informationen zu Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

TOP Ferienhaus in der Bretagne

Wir hatten das gesamte Ferienhaus gemietet. Die Lage ist atemberaubend. Wunderbare ständig wechselnde Ansichten der Landschaft um das Fereinhaus. Im Ferienhaus ist alles auf hohem Niveau vorhanden. Alles ist großzügig vorhanden und funktioniert. Alle Zimmer sind sehr gut möbiliert und schön gestaltet. Am Pool und auf der Terasse sind hochwertige Möbel und Liegen für alle Bewohner vorhanden. Super beheizbarer Swimming Pool. Da die Schlafzimmer alle komplett mit Bad und WC ausgestattet sind eignet sich das Haus vor allem, wenn man sich auch einmal zurückziehen möchte. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, außerordentlich hilfsbereit, und sprechen sehr gut englisch. Fazit: Super Ferienhaus, Tolle Lage, keine Kritik. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Maison avec vue exceptionnelle

Superbe emplacement géographique de cette maison moderne ; fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée, cette maison offre 2 niveaux, niveau supérieur pour la vie avec salon - cuisine - terrasse, niveau inférieur pour les 3 chambres parfaitement équipées. Orientée plein sud, les immenses baies vitrées permettant d’admirer la baie de Morlaix au rythme des marées.
