Newly refreshed! You can't get much closer to the beach and Captiva village than this updated 2B/2BA condo overlooking the Gulf. “Captiva Chic Shack” is just steps to powdery white sand, pristine pools, local shops, a grocery store and iconic neighborhood restaurants, like the Mucky Duck, Doc Ford’s and the Bubble Room. Relax on the screened lanai and enjoy sparkling golden sunsets, splashing dolphins and nesting ospreys just beyond the palm trees. The condo sleeps 6 with a king, two twins and sleeper sofa.

The space

This updated condo is popping with color and fun. Modern art inspired by the sea graces the walls, while freshly appointed amenities keep you cool, cozy and comfortable.

Important Note:
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

Important Note:
The hotel pool and restaurants located at the very north of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned and on the south end of South Seas, adjacent to Captiva Village. Besides the condo’s heated pool and white-sand beach, you will have access to the association tennis court and BBQ grills. Booking a private condo allows you to choose your unit and avoid resort fees. Call today to start planning your dream vacation.

This was our first trip back to Sanibel/Captiva since Hurricane Ian. We have stayed at the South Seas in a different condo and this one is far superior! Love the decor - just as pictured. Very clean and spacious! Bathrooms were clean and AMAZING water pressure! Great view of the sunset and the ocean. We actually rode out tropical storm Debby in the condo. We lost power for about 2.5 hours but had wonderful communication from the host about restoration efforts. Despite the wind and rain, we had a great time!

It was fast to rent this property and the place was full equiped and very clean. Walk distante to the peaceful and beatiful beach. It was closed to stores to buy souvenirs and food and restaurantes. I really recommend this property.

Beautiful unit and location near the beach. I was disappointed there were only two beach chairs for a unit with six people. And we were not allowed to use the beach chairs that were on the beach. Because we did not rent from South seas directly.

We had a very nice stay at this renovated and updated beach villa on South Seas. Immaculate, modern decor, and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t have to buy anything except food. All the basics were provided and plenty for 4 days. Great location - walk to restaurants, steps from beach etc. 2 Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella provided. Management was very responsive to a couple very minor issues and had them resolved within an hour. Master bedroom right by elevator so on Saturday morning (busy check out day) the mechanical noise woke us up, but it was fine the rest of the days. We would definitely stay here again!
