Enjoy the amazing views of Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound from the screened lanai of this one-bedroom/two bath located within the Bay Side Villas in South Seas Resort. This updated condo offers a one-bedroom/two bathroom, which features two queen beds in the bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for any additional guests. The condo has a wonderful updated kitchen and spacious living area, which leads out to the screened lanai.

Important Note:
This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. It’s just one of the ways we help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Great location, with screened-in bay view balcony and a short walk to the gulf beach and nearby grocery store, restaurants etc. Left the car parked for a week. Best deal ever.

Nice place, good location

Overall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great. We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction.

Wonderful Stay at South Seas

We loved our stay at the bayside villas in South Seas Captiva Island. Check in was a breeze, the property was as described and the accommodations were great. Obviously, the island is still very much in recovery mode after hurricane Ian but we knew that going in and adjusted our expectations accordingly.

Therapeutic

The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.

Very nice unit!

Unit was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pool area is excellent, and great beach is <5 minute walk away. Area is still something of a construction site, given hurricane recovery, but didn't affect our stay. Thanks!

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Sheets, towels, beach chairs, games and you can't beat staying at South Seas and this is a MUCH better value than booking through the resort!!

Beautiful Captiva

There were 4 adults in the unit. Plenty of room for 6. Very clean. My husband and I used the pull out couch. Very comfortable. We walked to restaurants and shopping in town. 5 -7 minute walk to everything. We rented biked right outside the resort. Rode to Sanibel..just over the small bridge and had lunch at Pink Flamingo...excellent blackened grouper on a Ceasar Salad...yum! Find your fun....we did!!!
