Located on prestigious Wightman Lane, you are also only a few shorts steps away from the restaurants, bars, live music, and other amenities in downtown Captiva Village. With no nearby public beach parking, the area is generally free of random beachgoers, making this an exclusive and wonderful experience.

The home has a huge screened-in “courtyard” with a pool, spa hot tub, outdoor shower, multiple covered seating areas, a wet bar, and lush island vegetation – your own personal island sanctuary! There are additional screened outdoor seating areas throughout the home, providing an incredible and unique outdoor living experience.

The home comfortably sleeps 14 people – and all 5 bedrooms having a connected bathroom. The home features a large upper-floor primary bedroom with a private primary bathroom and screened lanai. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature full/twin bunk beds, and large closets . The 4th bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The 5th bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have private entrances off the relaxing pool and courtyard areas! Plenty of private space for parents to relax in the three primary suites!

The home has everything you need to enjoy meals at home when you’re not walking to Captiva Village restaurant (a few hundred feet away!) or nearby Sanibel Island, including a fully stocked kitchen and a Weber grill.

Minimum Stay  One week (Saturday to Saturday)
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

Paradise found

This property had fabulous common areas and wonderful private bedrooms! The layout was perfect for our family. The house is huge, & the pool area is more than we could have asked for ! The only issue we had was we kept noticing a septic / sewer smell outside the house that encroached into the pool area. Worse in evening. We contacted property mgmt twice but no resolution. Other than that, the vacation was perfect!

Boutique hotel in Florida Keys

Lovely spot for rest and relaxation in the Keys. Very friendly staff, great house keeping service and best continental breakfast ever!! Several places on the property to sit and unwind, including pool. Close to all action on Duval St. we loved it!

Fabulous rental home on Captiva Island.

Fantastic rental for large family. Rooms were soread out and plenty of porches with relaxing furniture so everyone could have their space. Pool and hot tub were winderful and the beach is at the end if the road. Kitchen was very well stocked. Close to restaurants and YOLO if you want to rent bikes or jet skis or go parasailing. Great location! Our prayers are with the cimmunity as they continue to recover after Hurrican Ian, but go and support the local businesses so they continue to prosper.

Captiva- Shell Yeah

What a magical place to stay! It was perfect for our family! We had 3 master suites and two children’s bedrooms. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and pool supplies! Close to the beach and cruises. Property manager-Lisa was always available and so kind regardless of any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again!

Love Captiva

It’s been 10 years since we stayed in Captiva, we have been vacationing in North Cap and never stayed outside of South Seas when we were in Captiva, but staying in the house we rented was perfect.. within 900 feet of beach, restaurants, shops, coffee shops… everything. The house has two bedrooms separate from the main house that surround the pool, hot tub area and it was terrific. Will be back many times

Wonderful house and location

I rented Shell Yeah for a trip with my siblings and spouses and the house and location were perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and loved the street it was on. It’s an easy walk to bike rental and a great Mexican restaurant is 3 doors down. If we come back to Captiva we’d definitely try to rent this house again.

Perfect vacation

One of our best trips ever! We had a total of 10 this trip. House could not be in a better location. Steps from shopping and dining in Captiva village as well as continual Trips to the beach at the end of our street. House well equipped with beach chairs, ice chest, umbrellas and wagon for beach excursions. House exceeded our expectations! 3 master suites and 2 double bunk rooms all with their own baths. Two of the master suites were stand alones but all connected by decking. The best part was that the heated pool, hot tub and ping pong area were all screened in to keep the no-seems out. Recommend copious amounts of bug spray for beach and strolling around town. We rented a pontoon boat for a family day of fishing from Jensons Marina also within walking distance and found some great fishing holes. We had originally rented a 6 person golf cart for getting around but you cannot take beyond Tween Waters. We had family staying 2 miles down the road with the idea of using a golf cart between the two houses but it was not allowed, so we were able to cancel and did not miss it at all. We had three vehicles that we easily parked at our house. Even though Wightman Lane is in the center of things it is a very quiet street. Plenty of cookware, dishes and 2 gas grills. American Realty that manages the house were extremely helpful and the few minor problems were taken care of within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed!!! Fantastic Find!

This property was amazing! It is a wee bit outdated in the bed/baths, but you can not beat the size and price. The outdoor space is not adequately represented in the photos; it is lovely. The screen keeps most of the bugs at bay, and it is well lit to give it a very relaxing and chill vibe at night. The covered hot tub is wonderful for rainy days, and as long as it isn’t storming, the kids can keep on splashing in the pool. The walk to the beach was longer than we typically like, but the wagon that came with the property made it much easier. The walk to anything else (dining or shopping) was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun filled week!

Exceeded our expectations!! Plenty of room for all and the pool area was a great gathering place. Quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised to see the beach cart with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked with enough stuff to make meals at home.

House needs some TLC

Beds, linens and pillows were awesome. Furniture was very nice. Kitchen was clean but needed updates. Shower curtain was very moldy. You only notice if you are in the tub and open the curtain. Light over tub in.master bath keeps blinking. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Lots of spider webs in the lanai.
