Booked a room through WOTIF 2 months in advance. When I arrived late in the afternoon with a reservation number, all rooms were fully booked and our room unavailable. We had to look elsewhere. Lucky for us, as it was school holidays, there was another available at another location. I'd recommend ...

Property was ok and staff friendly. Only thing was that we told the person on reception that we would be leaving on the morning of the 23rd June and she said she would need to check with a manager regarding a refund, but no one got back to us.
