Elba: A Green Paradise – Outdoor Privacy & Close to the Beach – Privacy, Greenery, and the Sea

You'll love the beautiful outdoor space with a large garden (4,800 m²), and the exclusive privacy you'll enjoy on the 100 m² terrace. We recently added a third double room.
From my house, you can walk to two beaches (pebble or sand), restaurants and dining options, as well as cycling and hiking trails, with easy driving access to both the north and south sides of the island.

The property features two apartments, each with its own private terrace and green space.

The space

Guest access
The entire south side of the house, including the garden and terrace. Easily accessible since everything is on the first floor. Large French doors open onto the terrace, letting in light and fresh air.

Other things to note
Upon your arrival (or in advance), I will need to ask you for a copy of a valid form of identification. Italian homeland security regulations require hosts to collect and report the identity of the primary traveler within 24 hours of the start of the rental. This is done through a digitally certified and secure system owned and managed by the police, which complies with the latest EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
