"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...

"This was a really mixed experience. On the one hand the room was great - big and spacious and well appointed. I really appreciated some of the details like the quick boiling SMEG kettle and the mini fridge. But on the other, the general service was really lacking.
I had a disappointing experience during check-in (not with me but with watching another customer being poorly looked after), and things didn't really improve from there.
