Koala Cottage Cape Woolamai is a holiday rental on Phillip Island in Victoria Australia. Only 90 mins drive from Melbourne this two bedroom cottage is situated only 700 metres from the world famous colonades surf beach and 700 metres from Cape Woolamai safety beach. Rest, relax, surf, swim,water ski, fish, snorkel ,discover the many walking trails, visit the penquins, the Nobbies, Churchill island or the koala parks. Go for a helicopter flight, go to the motorcycle grand prix or a boat trip out to seal rock. Whatever you choose to do on your next holiday or weekend away it is all practically on your doorstep. Koala cottage is also ideal for those wanting a quiet getaway with time and space to reflect, rest or play. Koala Cottage is a compact air conditioned, two bedroom cottage with polished floor boards. The main bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The living room opens onto a generous two-tiered out-door eating area and bbq.
This is a holiday or retreat experience where you can park your car and instantly enjoy the beach. From the moment you step inside you will feel relaxed. The compact kitchen has a fridge, air fryer, microwave ,toaster and kettle. The entertainment area at the rear has a 3 burner bbq with wok burner. All linen and towels are supplied. Local restaurants, takeaways and supermarket are within easy access. The outstanding tourist attractions of phillip island are minutes away.

Lovely, clean, cosy cottage with everything you coukd need. Perfect for 2, (I went with my sister). Great back deck and yard for sunny days. Close to lots of different beaches so something for everyone. Nice and peaceful.We look forward to coming again.

Wonderful location, walking distance to Pub for a good meal, very quiet. Incredibly comfortable beds, couch with a beautiful outdoor deck and grassed BBQ area. No stove but with the great kitchen equipment, cooked on the BBQ.

This was such a cute, very clean cottage. We were able to do a couple loads of wash since it had a washing machine. The gardens are wonderful and can be enjoyed from the deck. There is no internet service though. I booked months ago, so i don't remembered checking about internet. No stove, but there is a microwave and electric frypan. The cottage is about 30 minutes from the Koala Reserve, Penguin Parade and Forrest Caves. The beach is a 10 minute walk away with, when we were there, a spectator sunset and wallabys in the wild. Highly recommend staying here.

Coala Cottage Woollamai Surf Beach

Cottage was perfect stay especially during the cold winter's conditions.Check-in was a breeze and the area was peaceful.The mature and private gardens were a bonus, easily accessible at night with adequate lighting, outside settings and provided a siren spot for look-out especially after a day's outdoors.

What a lovely cottage. Comfortable and cozy, the kitchen is well set up with everything you will need and the beds are comfortable. The best feature is the back deck overlooking a beautiful backyard with huge trees housing different singing birds. The driveway is lit which was helpful at night. There is a lot of restaurants to choose from and its a great hub to explore the island. I would recommend this property to fellow travellers.

Awesome stay at Koala Cottage

Our family had a lovely safe at Koala Cottage. The house was very clean & it had everything we needed. We had dinner sitting on the back deck enjoying the peace & quiet. There were plenty of birds chirping in the trees.The place is conveniently located in Cape Woolami and 15 mins to Cowes.Highly recommended 5

Lovely stay at a very spacious cabin. It had everything we needed - including a great outdoor space with a bbq and lawn for the boys to play football. Note that there is a benchtop mini oven but not a full oven or hobs but the bbq made up for this.

Koala Cottage weekend

Cosy small cottage with good outdoor facilities, basic kitchen and good bedrooms. Couch could need improving. Excellent communication with owner. Could do with wi-fi.
