"This is an excellent property. I would highly recommend it! You have a beautiful view of the river. It was spotless and the furnishings, quilts on beds, books, fully furnished kitchen and appliances were all clean. The location is close to Tibbett's Lighthouse and a short drive into Cape Vincent. Parking was plentiful. My only recommendation would be to remove the room deodorizer. Otherwise, it was perfect!! "

"Wonderful cottage, with a spectacular view, located minutes from Cedar Pointe State Park and short drive to downtown Clayton. The cottage interior is incredibly clean, nicely decorated and remodeled with thoughtful amenities including onsite laundry and an exceptionally well stocked pantry for guests to use. "We just loved this stay!! Everything was just as described, but with some aspects that words and photos don’t capture. Such Amazing energy in this place!! Great combination of modern, industrial, simple craftsman, and so much character! The view of the river and the various wildlife we got to enjoy made you feel like you were pretty isolated, yet conveniently located in town. We will definitely be back and will always try to stay here! "

" The house was very spacious and comfortable; beds were great. Dining table as well as 4 stool bar in a large kitchen. & large living room, tv., etc. Yard area is large and beautifully maintained with a patio, large table/chairs and bbq. We also could park in the garage. Owner was very nice and very helpful if we needed anything. However, we really missed wi-fi as we use internet a lot wen traveling so went to local restaurants to get connected. Enjoyed seeing all the sites in the area...

"The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!"

The house is right on the water with lots of wildlife to view (deer, turkey, bald eagles, loons and a resident groundhog who entertained us during our morning coffee). Amazing sunset views. Well appointed kitchen and super comfortable beds.
