The Space:
The Penthouse unit crowns the Villa with a private rooftop oasis featuring a beautiful roof-top pool, sun deck, and entertainment area—ideal for golden-hour gatherings or tranquil afternoons above the sea. Inside, the unit has two open-plan living areas, both bathed in natural light and flow onto spacious terraces with panoramic ocean views. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite, offer refined comfort, while multiple bathrooms and a guest toilet ensure convenience for all.

The Middle Apartment offers another three spacious bedrooms and a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Its open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area extends onto a wide sea-facing terrace, creating the perfect setting for relaxed living or entertaining. The master suite includes a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms share a second full bathroom and guest toilet.

The MyCiti connects you to the Waterfront, CBD and beaches beyond. The famous red "hop-on hop-off bus" also stops at the Waterfront and is a great way to explore our beautiful city on your first day.

Taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.
