Nestled in the charming seaside suburb of Hout Bay in the sought-after Scott Estate, you will find this three-bedroom villa that comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining space features a large dining room table with seating for up to eight guests. At the back of the kitchen is a scullery with an additional sink, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer for added convenience.
The living room is thoughtfully furnished with two plush sofas, a coffee table, and a single armchair placed across from the cosy indoor fireplace, the perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining. Guests will enjoy internet access throughout the property. From the living room, you will have access to a study featuring a built-in desk and cabinetry with ample workspace and storage.
The patio features multiple comfortable outdoor seating areas and several loungers, perfect for unwinding while taking in spectacular views of the mountains and lush greenery. Guests also have access to BBQ facilities, a private garden, and a swimming pool. The pool is open and does not have a safety net, so caution is advised, though glass barricades provide additional safety.
Upstairs, the lounge is situated in a loft-style area and includes two single armchairs, a couch, and a mounted flatscreen television, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy your favourite shows. The property also has open staircases throughout, which may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. To ensure the best possible experience, guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the villa’s layout and features prior to their stay.
The villa features three bedrooms, which are all located upstairs except for one. The main bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed with nightstands on either side and features ample space for your wardrobe as well as a large built-in jacuzzi-style bathtub with folding doors opening to the patio’s breathtaking views of Hout Bay. The bedroom also features a spacious, en-suite bathroom equipped with a large shower, ample storage space, a bathroom cabinet featuring his and her basins with vanities, and a separate toilet.
Located upstairs, the second bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom including a washbasin with vanity and a shower, the room also features access to a private balcony boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains and greenery, while the third bedroom is also furnished with a two single beds and features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom cabinet with a washbasin with vanity. Both upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a separate toilet and washbasin located between the two rooms. Downstairs, there is a guest bathroom with a toilet and a washbasin, and a vanity. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.
Hout Bay is known for its picturesque coastal scenery with its beautiful bay and mountain backdrop. Houtbay Hilltop Villa is conveniently close to Hout Bay beach and other nearby attractions that visitors can enjoy, like the World of Birds and Table Mountain.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The swimming pool is open and does not have a safety net; please use caution when swimming. Glass barricades are in place for added safety. The property features open staircases throughout, which may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. Guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the villa’s layout and features to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 12 Ave Suzanne, Scott Estate, Cape Town, 7806.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
