We ate the buffet breakfast thinking it was included and got a $50 bill and my stomach wasn't good couldn't eat my supper and ending the evening with the Diarrhea. I book this think it was a luxury hotel. It was far from that."

"I booked to stay in this hotel to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary with the kids. They are excited that they will get to swim after a long time. But then when we arrived, the receptionist told us the pool is closed and is under renovation. Didn’t even offer us anything except asking us to go to a public pool instead. Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against going to the public pool, but what’s the point of booking to stay in their hotel to let the kids enjoy it. But it’s all...

"Memorable stay in a heritage building on the waterfront in downtown St Johns. Great location and rooms were spacious, comfortable and full of character. The staff were very nice and friendly. Included breakfast was an excellent perk!"

"Great value, right downtown near all the shops. Clean. Only thing was we had a shared bathroom which wasn’t disclosed on Expedia. Thankfully we were gone from the hotel most of the time so wasn’t a huge deal but I definitely would’ve liked to know ahead of time."

"The rooms are spacious and the staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a great start to your day with a variety of offerings. The parking lot is adequate, but turning left when you come out to the main road is probably fatal 9 times out of 10, still, that’s probably true of any of the hotels leading up to the mall."
