Including the bungalow this property has 4 inviting bedrooms, 2 well-appointed bathrooms and can comfortably host up to 8 guests.
Youll be embraced by the ultimate home-away-from-home experience by an array of amenities; notably, a sleek, entertaining equipped kitchen complete with BBQ utensils and baking trays, electric heating and extra blankets for the cooler months, wall-mounted reverse cycle heating and cooling, and a dedicated children’s area with games, puzzles, and toys creating the perfect family-friendly environment.

You’ll find invitingly soft beds in all 4 bedrooms: 3 furnished with plush Queens and a fun, kid-friendly room with bunk beds. Wake up refreshed from a good night's sleep and indulge in a rejuvenating rain shower in one of the property’s two bathrooms.

The living spaces at The Anchorage are designed with relaxation in mind. With an enclosed wood heater and a sound system, evenings here are meant for cozying up with a mug of hot chocolate, nestling into the comfortable furniture, and creating unforgettable memories.

Outside, you can enjoy a relaxing BBQ on the patio and balcony and relish the view over dinner. For our nature-loving guests, the property boasts of diverse native wildlife and a stunning view of the clear night sky.

Great space, great location

We had a lovely week in Cape Paterson. The house is big and comfortable and in a brilliant location. But I think if you're charging 3,500 for a week, you should be providing things like internet and a dishwasher and towels - and not charging extra for linen.

Absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. Such a comfortable spacious pet friendly beach shack. Inverloch accommodation brilliant to deal. An extremely relaxed enjoyable stay for my family. Thank you

Average house but great location

Old fashioned house which is ok but looked much nicer in the photos so we were all in a bit of shock when we arrived. Unusable dirty BBQ. Bungalow has a really strong old smell and the shower head constantly leaks. The top bunk was unsafe for kids to sleep on because there’s no rail. Grass was all really overgrown. Didn’t provide any tea/coffee/shampoo etc like most bnb’s do (which is ok). There was still a pair of socks on the loungeroom floor from the previous guests and a random oven sitting in the front door entry way. 1 tv didn’t work at all (no signal) and the other one kept cutting in and out. Great location though, close to beaches, playground and the cafe/pub. We were just disappointed with the cleanliness and standard of the house.

great stay!

Really loved our stay in cape paterson the house was great size and the location was really good. the only thing i think needs improving is the stove/oven as it was extremely old and hard to use. and it could use a bigger fridge as it very small for the amount of people the house can host. but other than that we loved the house and enjoyed our stay! thanks alot!
