Feel at home at Paua Point (email ellstonefarm@gmail.com or text Jill, 0272080026)3 Mangatoetoe Grove, Cape Palliser) a 4 min drive past unique Ngawi Fishing Village. Tarseal all the way! Beautiful drive Visit NZ's Palliser Bay, the most southern point in the North Island , and a Dark Sky Reserve. Wild and Wonderful! Sunsets are amazing, unpredictable weather exciting, interesting rock formations and always something to admire. A 3 bedroomed house, sleeps 6, with all the comforts of home, modern kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, second Freeview TV in the Master bedroom.heat pump DVD, Wii and board games if weather not so favourable, and Wifi! LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED Plenty of duvets and pillows . Please don't forget to bring tea towels, towels, pillow cases, and sleeping bags, or sheets (top and bottom), as LINEN IS NOT included in the tariff. Pets are welcome with own bed, but a $20 fee, per stay applies
BBQ on the wide patio with stunning view of sea, river and hills. Exhale and do nothing! Watch the sun go down over the Kaikouras - amazing!
Take a short drive or walk to the Seal Colony or to the Light House and climb the 250 odd steps for amazing views.
The unique Ngawi Hit Around 9 hole golf course is well worth while and beautiful.
Surfcasting just out the door, diving and paua gathering - or hunting and walking - plenty to do or just simply chill out.
Lake Ferry is 35 min drive for a restaurant meal or 35 min drive to Pirinoa - the nearest store. Martinborough's Vineyards and restaurants an hours drive away.
Flat rate of $180 for first couple per night, $70 for each extra person. Bookabach adds on GST plus a service fee, so it will cost a little more . A 15% discount offered for 7 nights or more.
You may check-in at 2.00pm (unless otherwise arranged) and check-out at 12.00 please (again, unless arranged prior)
Special conditions: SHEETS PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED .
A second toilet and shower is not attached to the house, but very useful (Still being refurbished)

WiFi wrong password provided via VRBO email Here are the keys to your trip The bathroom was covered in long hair and shower tub was covered in hair and mould. The carpet in bedroom needs to be vacuumed. Dusty house needs a deep clean. Kitchen extractor vent does not operate and heavily soiled in oil ( smells ). Only one light works in bathroom. Good location but for the cost needs to be cleaner.

Amazing sea view from the lounge. A lovely private house with great facilities and an excellent ambiance. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. All the better if the fish and chip cart (Coastal Cove Cuisine) at Ngawi is open and serving grouper and chips.

Nice place to stay, however inside benches not cleaned properly. Windows not clean and needed to be cleaned outside to enjoy the view. BBQ had not been cleaned after use with overflowing drip tray.Still, A nice spot to spend a few days.

Great 2nd Stay

A beautifully located property fairly close to Ngawi, the beach and the lighthouse. Very quiet with great views. This is the 2nd time we have stayed and have thoroughly enjoyed both visits. Odds on we will be back!
