This large, peaceful home in Cape Neddick has enough room for the whole family and is only three minutes from Marginal Way! Despite being so close to town, you’ll find yourself nestled away against a classic Maine woodland for plenty of comfort and privacy. Gather in the open full kitchen to cook a wonderful meal, or enjoy your favorite novel and some vitamin D in the sunroom. The kids will find all the yard space and nature they’ll need to have all the adventure they desire in the backyard. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower, then gather around the firepit to warm up. Take the provided tennis rackets to a nearby court to have a friendly game together. When you return, relax on the deck off the kitchen or gather in the spacious living room and bask in the warmth of the fireplace there.

The center of Ogunquit is less than a mile from your front door and is home to all kinds of shops, top-rated local restaurants known for delicious cuisine, and the long white-sand beach of Ogunquit. A quick 2.6-mile drive south will take golfers to Cape Neddick Country Club where they can spend all day on the greens. Another 3.5 miles or so will bring you to the center of Cape Neddick which has loads of exciting attractions to explore. Take the kids to York's Wild Kingdom zoo and amusement park, sunbathe and swim at Long Sands Beach, or take stunning photos at Nubble Lighthouse.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great home and location

We loved the home and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and you could walk down to the beach if you wanted. It was far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, but a short drive or walk to town or the beach. We would stay here again and wished we had more days this time.

Beautiful place but lots of fees for not much

The house is spacious and lovely. The location is perfect- walkable to Perkins Cove as advertised and it’s on a quiet street. The house was very clean. It’s well equipped except for baking supplies (no mixer or mixing bowl) and the ping pong paddles were broken and beat. We enjoyed playing with the 2 useable but crummy paddles. Couldn’t play doubles. There were Lots of lobster supplies which was great.There were lots of fees added on and vacasa was not accommodating. Since it was a week from the season we asked ahead if we could use deck furniture, grill and firepit. We got a flat no. They could have told us the grill was there- so were the chairs- we had to lug the cushions up from the basement though and had to find our own wood. It was 75 degrees so we wanted to be outside. We’ve been at vacasa properties before where we even got welcome wine- so disappointing that they couldn’t accommodate our pretty minor request

Perfect home, perfect location with so much room for everyone!

We love the house and the yard. The house is spacious and can host 2 families of 4 each comfortably. The outdoor is well kept and the deck with gas grill and the firepit were a perfect add-on to the property. The house is only 10 minutes from the beach! Great Stay in Ogunquit

Our group of 10 had an excellent stay here. The kitchen and living area were great for a large group. This house is the perfect distance into town and to the beach. Highlights - spacious sleeping areas, outdoor shower, well-kept home with toys in garage Only a few cons! We ran out of hot water every night when everyone showered. I wish we had a direct line to the host before checking in.

Graduation Getaway

We stayed over graduation weekend. The home had ample space both inside and out. It’s as big as it appears in the listing. It’s beautiful, well kept and very homey. The kitchen is very well appointed for your cooking needs. Close to downtown Ogunquit but far enough away for a quiet evening and privacy. There is also a recreation space right next door. We enjoyed a ‘competitive’ game of whiffle ball. Would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect family holiday

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family and found a wonderful home with everything we needed to make this a memorable time together. Particularly liked the multiple room options for us to either gather together to play games or curl up alone with a good book.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, it’s very close to town with lots of amenities, including access to tennis and Pickleball courts next door. Ogunquit is a charming town and we enjoyed all of it! We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Stay

There were 10 of us on a family vacation and the house was perfect for our stay. The house is beautiful as described and met all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for sleeping and for hanging out. The house was super clean and well equipped. The weather was not great during our stay, but the ping-pong table and nearby pickleball courts kept us busy. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Graduation Celebration

We came to Cape Neddick to celebrate and relax after my son’s college graduation. The house was perfect for the whole family. There was plenty of room to cook and share meals. The living room was a great place to work on puzzles. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table upstairs. The location was very convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Great house

Beautiful house in a quiet setting. Large enough for our group of five adults to each have their own bedroom. The yard is beautiful and has an outdoor shower. There is a tennis/pickle ball court next door. A lovely walk to town and then the beach.

Excellent vacation rental

Perfect Home

The home was absolutely beautiful. High end finishes and the kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. Several spots to "hang out" in the home and outdoors with a large deck, firepit and sitting area in the front yard. The highlight was the outdoor shower - everyone loved it! Great Spot For Family Vacation

We selected this house for a family vacation including grandparents, grandkids, and the adult kids in between. Amazing house allowed for great meals and quality time together. Highlights include plenty of space, ping pong, wifi and bluetooth speaker, gas grill, outdoor shower, board games, tennis and pickleball next door, plenty of toys/games/athletic items in garage for borrowing, unique geothermal system and... great tasting water to drink right from the sink. House is expertly designed and decorated, providing a comfortable homey feel with colors, patterns, and art work that all come together perfectly.

Great quick trip to Maine

Beautiful property a short drive to Ogunquit beach. Could walk to main strip if desired. We were told up front the refrigerator wasn’t working and back up fridges were available. Outdoor shower wasn’t working, but we were able to get by without it. We mostly ate out, but kitchen seemed well-stocked. Plenty of toys to keep the kids busy!
