"Amy’s property was perfect for 9 of us. We were in town for Beach Blast soccer tournament and everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning in them. The 3rd bedroom had an upright fan in it so to keep that room cool you do need to keep the door open so that it stays cool with the living room and kitchen air conditioning running. The pool was very clean and we usually had it to...

"The house is beautiful and so comfortable. Amazing view of the bay. Far enough from the noisy boardwalk but close enough to walk to. Great communication with the host. It was a wonderful stay. "

"Craig was a wonderful host. His property is a clean and well maintained, secluded and peaceful retreat from the numerous beach areas. The beaches, stores, restaurants, and historical attractions are within 12-16 minutes of the Osprey Nest’s quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day. Would happily recommend. "

"Enjoyed the stay, I’ve stayed at a couple different units at this location. This was the best. Didn’t have an assigned parking spot like the other units but you are provided with a parking pass for the street parking so it worked out just as good. I liked that this unit is at the ground level right next to the pool. Already have another trip booked"
